What is Re’Boot Camp?

A monthly outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by a Certified Personal Trainer.


What makes this camp and program different than any other bootcamp?

Unlike our competition, all of our staff is required to be Personal Trainer Certified as well as Sports Conditioning Certified. We understand the importance of progressing our clients fitness levels at a level where they will not be overtrained or discouraged. We aim to raise the standard of quality training every client receives.


What if I'm not very physically fit?

NOBODY will go home unchallenged! NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of performing safely. Men, Women, and teenagers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate. We will increase the intensity level every session appropriately to constantly trick and shock your body into a completely different form. If you are not physically fit, you will become physically fit!


What types of exercises are included in the
program?

Exercises include: Core conditioning, muscular strength, medicine ball training, circuit training, hiking, sport conditioning, sport drills, obstacle courses, and many other surprises!


How often will we meet?

Participants have a choice of choosing a 2 day a week or 3 day a week schedule for one hour during each four week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.


What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, and a smile. The best part is Re’Boot supplies all of the equipment.


What can I achieve from camp?

Re’Boot Camp is a great way to get the day started or finish the day off! After completing each session you will feel like an entirely different person. There is nothing like getting into the outdoors and sucking back fresh air, instead of always being enclosed within 4 walls. Re’Boot Camp sessions can burn 800 to 1000 calories.


Will I feel sore or achy?

Most people will feel slightly sore, but the soreness will definetely be bearable and only last about a day. As your body breaks apart muscle, it rebuilds itself to become stronger.


Why should I participate?

You will make a dramatic improvement in your total well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share the same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
