What is Re'Bootcamp?

Re’Boot Bootcamp consists of:
• 15 clients or less
• performing exercise, as a group, in public parks (outdoor fitness)
• each group being instructed and educated by a Certified Personal Trainer
Re’Boot Bootcamp is about:
• Getting your body moving
• Performing exercises that are achievable
• Meeting people with similar health goals
• Working hard to achieve those goals
• Educating clients on health and fitness
• AND HAVING A GOOD TIME!
The Program:
The most important aspect we would like to stress is this:
YOU’RE NOT JOINING THE ARMY!
• Yes, it is hard work, but you’re worth it!
• We’re not about yelling; we encourage and motivate.
• You’re not going to run 10 miles a day, but we will definitely increase those heart beats.
• You will not be forced into performing push-ups
• We employ the latest research in functional fitness, sports conditioning, and strength training
The Reboot bootcamp twist makes for a fun-filled, action-packed session
that will challenge your mind-mental acuity, tax your muscles in a
healthful, efficient fashion, all while in the company of friends,
family and colleagues, always under the careful watch of a certified
personal trainer and group fitness leader! What better way to take
activity to the great outdoors? We meet at designated parks and
times, warm you up, get your heart rate elevated, lead everyone
through a series of exercises that challenge your mind-to-muscle
coordination, and reintroduce yourself back to ....... well……..YOU!
