Re’Boot Fitness Inc. is proud to say we have been trained by Twist Conditioning in North Vancouver. As the Vancouver Canucks Conditionist in the 90’s and training many professional athletes, Peter Twist and the Twist Conditioning Team have developed a sport conditioning system that has re-shaped the way athletes train today.

Our Sport Conditioning System, like Twist’s, focuses on training the secondary fitness characteristics: dynamic balance, anaerobic energetics, speed, quickness, agility, movement skills, reaction skills, muscle reactivity, multi joint strength and power, eccentric braking, rotary core strength, deceleration-acceleration coupling, power initiation, skill and power perturbations, sensory overload and other athletic attributes that transfer well to an athlete’s performance, making athletes more competent and skillful.
